SAIL is seeking a SENIOR DIRECTOR OF FINANCE to join their team.
This person must have proven experience in financial leadership within an organization and in-depth knowledge of non-profit finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices. Strong understanding of financial analysis and forecasting. Proficient in MS Office and QuickBooks. Experience in managing multiple budgets/funding sources is a plus. Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal abilities.
BS in Accounting, Finance, Business or relevant field; MSc/MA/CPA a plus. Must have at least five years of experience managing within a successful, growing organization. Must exhibit personal qualities such as integrity, compassion, sense of humor, and commitment to excellence.
This positon requires a mission-oriented leader who will serve as a thought-provoking partner to the Executive Director and Board of Directors. They will be a critical member of a dynamic leadership team responsible for the viability and strategic growth of the SAIL organization.
