Description
Join veteran fundraiser Martha Spear for a morning workshop for Glens Falls area nonprofit staff, board members, volunteers and donors.
- You will develop a new sense of yourself as an effective fundraiser.
- You will gain a better sense of how to relate to donors, know why they give and how to keep them giving, and understand the concepts of stewardship and cultivation.
- You will learn about emotions and psychology, enhance your understanding of how demographics work in fundraising, and recognize how to use your board most effectively.
