Sponsored by the WBC, these Lunch to Learn Series are open to all Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce members! Join us in the Holden Room at Crandall Public Library from 12pm - 1pm to participate in a great coaching exercise to start off the New Year: Living and Working Withing Your Values. Each of us moves towards our values, is pulled by our needs, and indulges our tolerations. Learn how to identify your own personal values, needs and tolerations and how to make decisions in 2020 that will enable you to act on them in the healthiest way possible. Bring a notebook and writing tool as this facilitated discussion will be an eye-opening exercise into your habits and preferences.
