The ARCC Workplace Health & Wellness Council invites you to a community wellness chat!

Join the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce Workplace Health & Wellness Council for our Community Chat series and help us create a space for open dialogue, shared resources, and collaborative solutions.

Participants left the ARCC Workplace Health and Wellness Symposium with a clearer understanding of burnout as both a physiological and organizational challenge, gaining practical skills for identifying and preventing it, recognizing the importance of leaders modeling healthy behaviors, and deepening their awareness of how stress and burnout affect the brain and body. 

They also expressed a desire for deeper exploration of team‑based strategies, more detailed and professional workplace‑appropriate prevention tools, a discussion of COVID‑19’s lasting impact on burnout, and guidance tailored to smaller organizations with fewer resources.

The Council is following up with our partners at the Eden Center with a brief presentation to highlight resources they can offer.

This will be followed by Breakout Sessions to discuss these tools, its fit for their team, and potential benefits/obstacles to culture changes at their own organizations.

We will regroup for reflection and leave with actionable next steps to take better care of ourselves, and each other.

Together, we can build a healthier, more connected business community.
