Joe met his wife in France and fell in love with her country's exquisite cuisine. He studied the art of French cooking under a renowned chef until he mastered his culinary skills\, talents he now uses in his own restaurant's kitchen. Pierrette\, a native of Nancy\, France\, carried the ambiance of the French countryside to the restaurant\, giving patrons a multi-sensory dining experience with expressions in the French language and picturesque murals on the walls.
