Marketing & Promotion
Consider the ARCC as your ADIRONDACK media outlet. Send press releases to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will share your story, success and/or press releases. We know you’re proud; so we say it nice and loud! Use the Chamber for unique and inexpensive advertising opportunities, such as web newsletters, sponsorships, our radio show, door prize donations, and so much more. The possibilities are endless and so is our creativity to work with you. We are your promotion partners and celebrate working with you to design something specific to your vision.
Adirondack Craft Beverage Trail - Featuring a variety of craft beer, wine, spirit, and cider makers throughout Warren, Washington and Saratoga counties, and beyond, the Adirondack Craft Beverage Trail is a great collaborative effort highlighting a growing industry in our region. New members receive a free business card sized ad in the Glens Falls Business Journal and a radio promotional match offer with Regional Radio. Additionally, your business is displayed on the ARCC Directory which showcases members in their appropriate categories. Don’t forget, the option to drop off your business cards and brochures for display in our office is always available.
Let's Get Social! - Share, tag or retweet the ARCC and we promise to do it back! We are on Facebook as the ARCC, Adirondack Craft Beverages, Adirondack Nonprofit Business Council, Adirondack Leadership and the ARCC Young Professionals Organization. Find us on Twitter (@adkchamber), LinkedIn and YouTube too!
Ribbon Cuttings - The Chamber celebrates many ribbon cuttings regularly, promoting our members' new locations, remodels, or grand openings. Ambassadors, the Board of Directors, area businesses, the press, and local dignitaries are invited to come cut the ribbon. Pictures are also taken and placed on the Chamber's social media pages. To learn more, or to schedule a ribbon cutting, contact Jane Badger, ARCC Programs & Events Coordinator. Ribbon Cuttings are sponsored by M&M Digital Printing.
Sponsorships - A great way to get in front of many of our members is to be a sponsor for any of the Chamber's events or programs. Sponsorships can include a company name, logo, and even speaking opportunities. Only members are able to sponsor Chamber events. To learn more, contact Jane Badger, ARCC Programs & Events Coordinator.
Mailing List - Mailing lists of all member contact information, excluding email addresses, are available for purchase at the Chamber for members only. Contact Member Services for more information.
Business & Professional Development
Councils & Committees - Many of the programs and initiatives at the Chamber are headed by councils and committees comprised of Chamber members and staff.
ARCC Community Events - The Chamber community events are designed to build and enhance your network. The ARCC connects you with other members and community leaders. But don’t forget, it’s not about meeting people; it’s about forming relationships and rapports. Our events make this a seamless process that encourages these possibilities. Our programs, events, and committees make for wonderful opportunities to meet like-minded peers, share stories, and exchange contact info. Be sure to bring business cards! To learn more about our events, including available sponsorship opportunities, contact Jane Badger, ARCC Programs & Events Coordinator.
ARCC Job Bank - Through our online job posting platform, Job Bank, members are able to post all employment opportunities at no cost and with no word limit.
Leadership Adirondack - A program that teaches leadership and personal development skills while introducing participants to various business leaders in nine industry focused sectors. Support it, get involved and consider applying to be part of it. It is one of the best investments your business could make in future executives or owner/operators. To learn more about Leadership Adirondack, contact Tori Riley, ARCC CEO/President.
Certificate of Origin - In most cases, to ship goods internationally, businesses need a Certificate of Origin stamped by a local Chamber of Commerce. For members, the ARCC provides this service for FREE. For non-members the charge is $50 per stamp.
Energy Alliance - Through a partnership with Energy Next, the ARCC offers members reduced costs on their energy bills. All that is needed is a analysis of current energy usage and then a cost comparison can be determined.
Health Insurance - Through our partnership with Capital Financial Group, the Chamber is here to help our members navigate the complex maze of health and dental insurance.

Here is what some of our current members have said about the Chamber.
"I am the store manager at a brand new business, The Health Authority, that opened in South Glens Falls last Summer. I could not be more grateful to the ARCC for their guidance. As a result of our partnership with them, our business is absolutely growing. The ARCC team has helped get our name out in the community and they offer tons of support! I can't help but share my story and make sure YOU know all the avenues the ARCC has to help YOUR business grow, too. I just want to continue to pay it forward!"
-Karley Hoffman, The Health Authority Store
"15 years ago when I started working in the North Country, I asked Ted Fowler, VP Key Bank, what I needed to do to be successful. The first thing he told me to do was join the ARCC and get involved...become part of the fabric of the Chamber and the community. The next day I was a member and I've been involved with this great organization in many different ways ever since, as an Ambassador, Leads Groups, and on the Adirondack Business Council. I want to thank the Chamber and the entire staff for everything you have done for me over the years and allowing me to represent this organization. Being an ARCC member has allowed me the opportunity to build rapport and relationships I may not have had otherwise."
