Events and Promotions

Sponsoring or hosting a "Third Thursday" Networking Mixer held monthly from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at various member locations. Members only.
Sponsoring an Adirondack Business Council Breakfast or Lunch Seminar. Held four times per year at various member locations. Members only.

Be a sponsor of the Adirondack Business Council's Small Businesses of the Year Awards Breakfast on May 13, 2008 in the Room of the White Lions at the Fort William Henry Resort. Presentations of the Steven M. Sutton Small Business of the Year; Professional Business of the Year; and Rookie Business of the year honors. Members only.

Sponsor a display table at ARCC's 47th Annual New Teacher Welcome in October, 2008. Network with over 200 new teachers, administrators and school board members from 40 invited regional schools and colleges.
Become a sponsor of the Network for Enterprising Women (NEW). Meetings are held the first Tuesday of the month from Sept. to June generally at The Queensbury Hotel, Ridge St., Glens Falls. Programs are open to all enterprising women, but must you must be an ARCC member to sponsor.
Reserve a display table at the 2009 Washington County Business Show/Third Thursday Mixer.
Reserve a display table at the 2008 Adirondack Business Show/Third Thursday Mixer to be held on October 16, 2008 at The Queensbury Hotel.
Become a sponsor of the 28th Annual Office Support Recognition Luncheon in April 2009. Members only.
Be a sponsor of ARCC's 2008 Golf Outing on May 21 at The Sagamore. Members only.
Be a sponsor for ARCC's Annual Dinner Celebration held in January/February each year. The evening includes a cocktail hour, dinner, dancing, and brief program including presentation of the annual J. Walter Juckett Community Service Award. The 2008 event was on February 2 at The Sagamore. 
Member-to-Member Discount Program Vendor - You decide what discount you'll offer to other chamber members, and for how long. No cost to you, and all of your employees are eligible to receive discounts from other chamber members. Members only.
Be a sponsor for the 2008 Washington County Small Business of the Year Awards Luncheon in November.

Quality of Life Guide Magazine and Membership Listing. Published annually in January and listing every member as of December 31 by business category. This full-color regional profile book is distributed to those seeking to relocate, economic development agencies, elected officials, ARCC members, and ARCC Affiliate Chambers. Included in "Welcome Home" Packages. Paid sponsorships available. Circulation: 2,000
Washington County Quality of Life Guide Magazine. Published in September, this full-color book is geared specifically to those wishing to relocate to Washington County. Distributed by Washington County LDC, Chambers of Commerce, elected officials and in "Welcome Home" Packages. Circulation: 2,000
The Big Fun Book - A booklet that lists ARCC members who specialize in keeping kids happy and healthy. Distributed free. Included in Travel and Relocation Packages. Paid advertising available to members only. Circulation: 1-2,000 per year.
ARCC Accommodations Directory. A complete listing of all accommodations members. Distributed free in every Travel and Relocation Package, for the NYS High School Basketball Tournaments and Girls' Volleyball Tournament at the Glens Falls Civic Center, and several regional special events. Updated several times per year. Sponsorships available to members only. Circulation: 2-3,000
ARCC Dining Directory. A complete listing of all dining members. Distributed free in every Travel and Relocation Package and at the NYS High School Basketball and Girls' Volleyball Tournaments at the Glens Falls Civic Center. Updated several times per year. Sponsorships available to members only. Circulation: 2-3,000
Free Brochure Display at the ARCC Offices -     Members only.
ARCC Mailing Labels. The mailing list is available on adhesive labels or plain paper. 1000-1600+ names depending on sorting criteria. Minimal cost.
