Member Experience Center
The Member Experience Center is seeking a full-time staff member to be responsible for providing prompt and professional member service as well as to provide information on credit union products and services to existing members via the telephone. Maintain quality service standards set by the Credit Union.
The candidate will have up to 6 months of similar or related experience. Strong human relations and communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all groups of people. Strong attention to detail, critical thinking ability and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel, computer and HRCCU systems. Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively. Ability to utilize past experiences, knowledge, and skills to work independently to trouble shoot moderate to complex issues to resolution with minimal guidance or supervision
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday with a Saturday rotation located at our Operations Center in Corinth, NY.
