Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator
This new full-time position will provide Executive Administrative Support to the Executive Vice President. This person will be responsible for coordinating all tasks that relate to a specific project or deliverable. Specific duties include but not limited to: compose correspondence, maintain calendar, and prepare reports and presentations. Manage all vendors in CUVM and assist with Disaster Recovery plans for each department.
The successful candidate will have a two year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training. Along with at least two to five years similar or related experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively meet and deal with a variety of people including clients, prospects and other executive level personnel in a highly professional manner. Demonstrate a keen sense of awareness and a high degree of confidentiality. Demonstrated experience with project management. Demonstrate dependability and sense of urgency with a high attention to detail. Highly flexible and adaptable.
