Stephanie O'Hanlon Kayalar is a registered nurse, yoga instructor, aromatherapist, certified massage therapist, creator of Kambal™ Yoga and founder of Restore Balance in Glens Falls. Stephanie's dream of creating an integrative stress reduction center has been long in the making. Her focus is stress reduction through yoga, aromatherapy and meditation.
