Just when we think we have all of the generations defined, along comes yet one more. Get ready for Gen Z. As demographics in the workforce continue to change, it is more important than ever to understand and appreciate who they are, how best to communicate to them, what they need to succeed and the value they all bring to your world.
At the end of the program, you will be able to:
--Define the generations you work with and provide services to identify characteristics of each generation,
--Understand the pluses - strengths-of each generation,
--Assess how to manage relationships with members of each generation,
--Develop an understanding and strategy to effectively work with each generation,
--And identify behaviors that make each generation successful.
